Terms and Conditions: Workshop Payment

Payment: Payment for the workshop confirms your attendance and participation. Payment must be made in full prior to the workshop date to secure your spot.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the attendee, for any reason whatsoever, no refunds will be issued.

Transfer Policy: Attendees who are unable to attend the workshop may transfer their payment towards a future Planning Retreat, subject to availability, within a three-month period from the original workshop date.

Notification: To transfer your payment to a future Planning Retreat, notification must be provided to Built To SOAR™ Inc. via email at least 7 days prior to the workshop date. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.

Attendance: If you are unable to attend the workshop without notifying us in advance, your payment will be forfeited, and no transfer option will be available.

Transfer Limitations: Payment transfer to a future Planning Retreat is subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Price Adjustment: In the event that the price of the future Planning Retreat exceeds the amount paid for the workshop, the attendee will be required to pay the difference. Conversely, if the price of the future Planning Retreat is lower than the amount paid for the workshop, no refund or credit will be provided for the price difference.

Non-Transferability: Payment transfer is non-transferable to any other individual or event apart from a future Planning Retreat organized by Built To SOAR™ Inc.

Changes to Terms: Built To SOAR™ Inc. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.

Acceptance: By making payment for the workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
